Clearing the SPAN port in 6509 (Cat OS)

Hi,

We have installed the NAM-2 recently on our 6509 (Cat OS ) and spanning the Vlan where SAP servers connected to NAM . Users are getting /feeling slow response on SAP side and in order to isolate the problem , I want to remove the SPAN . What is the command to be used?

I used the following command for setting span of Vlan .

set span 10 9/7 ( 10 is a Vlan id and NAM-2 is located in 9th slot in 6509).

Hi,

Will you please try the command:

set span disable, with the parameter of output mod/port or all, ie. "set span disable 9/7".
