Cluster Management Software (CMS)

Hi all,

I am looking for CLuster Management Software, but I can't find it. Where can I download it?

I supposed that it should be contained whithin an IOS image, but the only available image for Catalyst 2950 seems to be 12.1(22)EA4, wich doesn't contain CSM software.

Hi,

If you wan the CMS software please download the file with the .tar extension and extract the files.

command

switch# archive tar /x tftp://server_ip_address/path/filename.tar flash:

then config t

switch(config)# boot system flash:new_image

I would suggest you to download the Cisco Network Assistant, new web based device management functions. this is more advanced then CMS. I am using it and u can set up a hell lot of diffrent things using it.

did u enable http server on the switch?

also try to download & install the CNA Cisco Network Assistant sofware in ur PC from Cisco.com, this is so gud that accessing the CMS from the switch itself.
