With such very, very vague information, the answer is: YES.

location A using 192.168.0.x and location B uing 192.168.2.x, any configuration needed

It doesn't matter if location A is 10.0.0.0/8 and location B's subnet is 123.123.123.0/24, the answer is still a "YES".
I'm looking at the BIGGER picture. What are you trying to do? What kind of fibre? How far is the fibre? 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, 10 Gbps, 40 Gbps, 100 Gbps? What are the end-points? What kind of traffic? The whole lot.
Would also make a difference if you specify if this is a real-live scenario or a school work.

Youe question shows that you are the end user without knowledge of networking.
In you own interest the best thing you can do is to engage a reputable consultant, or Certified Cisco partner. If you try to do yourself you will only get frustration and no good results for your company or employer.
