compatibility about SFP

Dear All,

Can anyone help me about the compatibility of SFP?i have 8 pcs of Catalyst 3750 switch,but do not buy SFP from Cisco,i buy the SFP from 3rd party which is very cheap,Now,i found it does not work on the Cisco switch,why?what shall i do something then it will work on cisco switch?i think i will not buy these parts from 3rd party,Thanks very much.

The 3750 is "locked" in the sense that it will only

accept Cisco approved SFPs.

For us, this is currently a significant argument for

sticking to 3550.
