Error displayed in the debugging mssg of a router, any clue what

could be the problem :

Need to know the platform of the router including show version..We have a reports of such issues on 3600 router with 12.2.2.T image under bug CSCdy01451. You need to reload the router to make the E1 controllers happy again.

ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 12.0(6r)T
