My question is the following:
Can I install nGenius RTM on the same server that is running CW2000?
Would it work? Are any special requirements to do this?
Any recommendations?
Thanks.

It is recommended to install both on a separate server for better performance. Per:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/fam_prod/netscout/rel_1_4/7814181.pdf
On Windows RTM 1.4 requires a Dual Pentium-III 750MHz or higher CPU with 2GB RAM. On Solaris, it requires a Dual 500MHz or higher CPU with 4GB RAM.

I tried and it was not worth the hassle. RTM does not play nice with DFM

This may be due to CSCdt62297: 'RTM and another trap receiver application cannot coexist' which has the workaround listed.

I am running both on the same W2K server without issues.

David,
Are you also running DFM?
