CW2000 Server time settings

I have a really strange problem. The time displayed in GUI for example, for discovery start and stop, or when the reports are generated is shown an hour behind. For example, I run a self test, and the time displayed was 8:54, whereas if actually opened the results, the time generated showed 9:54 which is correct.

Has anyone seen this before?

Is the time setup correctly on the server?

That's the strange thing, it is set up to the correct time on the server. Also when I ran self-test, on the first page it show created at 08:45, whereas once I open the report, it states generated at 09:45.
