CWW 6.1 & 4006/S3

hi,

i have some problems with cww 6.1 and an 4006 with the supervisor-engine 3. ports that are not connected, are shown as "failed" (red). the ios version is 12.1.12c. all device-packages are up to date.

The latest version of CiscoView Cat4KIOS device package on CCO is v3-1. Is this the version of device package that you've installed?

yes, it is installed.

Then I'd suggest that you contact TAC for this.
