default an AT&T 1721 router back to factory

I have a used AT&T Cisco 1721 router that was collected from a client during an upgrade to a new service provider. The router was left behind. Is there a way to bring it to factory defaults? Every access I have tried has been blocked.

I figured out what I was doing wrong.

Got the device working great and then somehow lost the image file all together.

Thanks for the help. Hoping to get my Cisco tech level access when I start school next month.

Sorry the give you the news that attending even Cisco endorsed training will not give you any additional access.

However you can stil acces all the documentation, in the case above just delete '/partner' from the posted link..
