DFM Launch Error on Client

When I launch DFM Monitoring Console on client computer, I get Console Load Error that reads: "Could not load console alarm_log.iccon com.smarts.viewer.console. SMSchema Load Exception: <server name>". The function loads fine on the server. What's going on? Is a reload indicated? If so, which package? Thanks!

Stop CW2K via net stop crmdmgtd then edit:

CSCOpx/conf/dfm/broker.info

see if you have localhost:9002, and if so, replace it with the ip_add_DFM:9002 and then start CW2K again via net start crmdmgtd

PMFJI. I have an identical problem, however when I edited my broker.inf file, i had the following in it:

Status=Success

BrokerInfo=cwlms:9002

I changed to the line you recommended, however it did not fix the problem. Any other suggestions?

This error message usually impies a DNS problem. Make sure hostname can be resolved to ip. Or use IP address instead.
