DFM: sm_server.exe application error

We have CW2k intalled on two Windows 2000 servers. After a server restart, an application popup window appears showing an sm_server.exe application error. Also the the event log shows this error:

sm_server.exe - unknown software error (0x0000001) at 0x77e9ba9d

This happens on both servers. CW2k installation:

CD One 5th edition

RME 3.4

DFM 1.2

Fault History 1.1

with all actual IDU's and patches

Does any body know somthing about this error?

Did you check the bug CSCds64364.

I seached on CCO (bug toolkit etc.) for this bug, but could't find any information. Do you have a link or some information about this bug? Thank's a lot.
