We are running AS5300 (ver. 12.2) and VPN 3000 Concentrator. We also run RADIUS (FUNK Software) on Windows 2000 server (active directory). We use Windows Domain authentication. We setup users in NT Global Group and allow the authentication through the groups. We want to allow a group of users to use the dial-up and VPN. It seems that this group of users can either use the dial-up or VPN. The users can't use both dial-up and VPN.
Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Do you mean at the same time ? Users can't be logged in via Dialup and VPN ?
A little more detail, topology etc.

Sorry for not making it clear.
I would like the users to have the ability to use either the dial-up or VPN. For example, if for any reason, the VPN is down, the users can use the dial-up instead and vice versa. However, currently, the users can use EITHER the VPN or dial-up. So, if the VPN is down, the users had to wait until the VPN is fixed and vice versa.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks.
