Error installing a VIP4-50 card

I'm trying to install a VIP4-50 card, once I put it on any slot and I reboot de router I get the following message error. Can anybody tell me why it happens and what it means and how I can solve it?

Have you verified the IOS supports this card? You may need to upgrade the IOS.

Maybe you installed a PA not supprted by VIP4 series. You can check:
