Errors on 7120 URGENT

I need advice on the best way to stop a DoS against my border router, we are experiencing small and medium buffer overflows which then cause a bus error and the router reboots. If anyone has seen this befor can they point me in the right direction.

You can use CAR to limit some of DoS traffic
