Is it possible to etherchannel between Cisco 6500 Switches & 3Com 3300's

Etherchanneling is a Cisco-development, and therefore found primarily on Cisco devices. Other vendors may implement this feature as well but as far as I know there is no common standard for it.
Probably you'd better check the documentation from 3Com.
I know that HP supports Etherchannels on its 4000 series.
With other vendors, I do not have that experience.

We now support LACP(IEEE 802.3ad) which is an IEEE standard in newer CAT OS/IOS

If 3Com supports LACP, you should be able to use this as channeling protocol
