Fast Memory Problem

I have a 7507 with 128KB of fast memory and i have only 3 kb freel im check a TAC doc saying:

Its the router runs out of fast memory it will use its main DRAM instead.

My question is: the lack of fast memory can be dangerous or cause some kind of problem on the router?

thanks.

Fast memory refers to the 128 KB SRAM portion for faster access. I don't think you have to worry about a low fast memory whcih is free. A low number indicates an effective use of SRAM by the system. The mapping is done from the main memory and it'll use the DRAM if it runs out of fast memory. The user has no control over the use of fast memory.
