Frame Relay over IP and X.25 over IP

We have an IP cloud (wireless broadband). We need to use this cloud to transport Frame Relay and X.25. I see Cisco supports X.25 over IP (XOT).

Is there something similar for F.R.? example: I have a FR switch in one location and a FR host in another location. Now I need to setup a "virtual" PVC link over the IP cloud.

you need to have enterprise feature set.
