I've got 2 devices on a 3500XL access switch and need to give one of them higher priority than the other. The device in question is sending a steady video stream at about 5.5Mbit/s and I'd like these packets to take priority over the other device which can remain best effort.
Assuming fastethernet0/1 is the trunk back into our core and fastethernet0/2 is the device I'd like to prioritize, can anybody shed some light on what commands I can use on the 3500 switch to prioritize this traffic ?
