Good SW Package for Monitoring WAN Status and Utilization????

MRTG is a pretty cool FREE tool that can do your utilization graphing. There are many other tools to do your Link status type reporting.

That one looks Pretty good but the site where it is going does not have any.. How can I say this nicely.. Expertise in Linux or doing any type of scripting.

Any other ideas.

This can be run on an NT system as well. Just required perl. The price savings on the tool will surely give your site peronnel some motivation to learn the little bit of scripting needed. And once setup there is little to no work required.
