Hardware recommnedation for RTM

I am putting together hardware for a RTM box. 700+ switches, 24 routers, 6000+ interfaces.

I have seen posts to this web site quoting this info but no hard and fast rules.

I am looking at a Sun480 with 2 900 Proc and 4 Gig of Mem.

For RTM 1.4 there is a scetion on Server Recommendations along with the requirements: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/fam_prod/netscout/rel_1_4/index.htm

In the above 4GB is the min memory listed, so you may want to add more since you're planning to use a very large number of devices with RTM.
