Hello @BSBS

C9300-48T-A – The "-A" at the end indicatesl that this model includes the Network Advantage license by defaut. The hardware itself is identical to the C9300-48T, but the licensing determines the available features...

"Hello Team, What's the difference between C9300 48T & C9300 48T-A?"

In this case, from the hardware perspective, no difference.

The letter suffix denotes what license is provided with the switch, when initially purchased.  If not given, we don't know.

As @balaji.bandi 's reference provides, the -A suffix denotes an Advantage License.

From Table 25, Ordering Information:

C9300-48T-E

Catalyst 9300 48-port 1G copper with modular uplinks, data only, Network Essentials

C9300-48T-A

Catalyst 9300 48-port 1G copper with modular uplinks, data only, Network Advantage

C9300-48T-M

Catalyst 9300 48-port 1G copper with modular uplinks, data only, Meraki Advanced or Enterprise

BTW, sometimes licensing can be changed after purchase.  I don't know the specifics for this switch, but for example, possibly you could order a -E and later upgrade it to be the equivalent of a -A.
