help me ,about the ciscoworks 2k

when I finished the installation of CW2K,it can't be display,if in client's IE(installed JAVA J2SE&JAVA VM),input

http://server:1741,then the IE will generate an error and close.if in server(also installed java vm&java j2se),the the error is:

the server's configuration is :

P4 1.7G/640M DRAM/15G HD/ENGLISH Version WINDOWS ADVANCED SERVER with sp3.JAVA'S Version are all 1.41 or 1.31(the same in client and server),help!

CW2000 only works with Java plugin 1.3.1

Not supported on Advanced server - check Release Notes on CCO.

SP 3 not supported

- Try this:

Remove JPI 1.4.1 from the client and connect to CW2000

JPI 1.3.1 will download to client and hopefully resolve your issue.

JPI 1.4.1 does not work...

Next version of CW2K will support Win2K Adv Server and SP3.
