High utilization

In ciscoworks i get a msg in th monitoring.

Utilization exceed it´s tresholds.

If i click on details is see the following

currentutilization 241 %

Because the maxspeed is automaticly set to 56000 Bits/Sec.

It is a 1Mb DSL line so how do i change this?

Hi,

use the

bandwith ...

command on the proper interface.

Just note it might also influence routing protocols using bandwith as a part of the metrics (EIRGP, e.g.).

But the problem is that it is a VIRTUAL interface.

Virtual-Access3 is up, line protocol is up

Hardware is Virtual Access interface

MTU 1500 bytes, BW 56 Kbit, DLY 100000 usec,

reliability 255/255, txload 224/255, rxload 71/255

I don´t know if this is working.
