Hi, look at Management Connection. If there is not a connection you can make the integration. Read the conversation "Connection Files for RTM 1.4".
Hope this help.

Use http://yourserver:8080 from your browser to connect the RTM, then add a device from administration menu. Read the conversation in this forum to integrate the CW menu.
Do you have a probe?

it has no a menu named Administrate,when I input http://server:8080 in NETSCAPE,just 4 options:Traffic monitor,server,voip,packet analyzer.,I can add a device in server menu(it's a cisco 827),but it tells me there are errors when finish add.when contact,it tells me:ping&read community&write community are ok,snmp protocal supported,protocal&application&high-capacity monitoring&application response time&resource monitoring&http content response time&voip&diffirent service NOT SUPPORTED.does it mean I can NOT realtime-monitor the traffic(such as ftp is 40%,http is 25%,etc)?
need I config something in CISCO827?

You can access your RTM server in two ways ... directly or thru CW. To do the latter read this url
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/cscowork/ps2803/products_qanda_item09186a0080094b24.shtml#4a
As for seeing protocol traffic (ftp, pop etc) ... You would need to add probes. I think Cisco (Netscout ) has stopped selling them, but I am not sure.

Web based interface accessed using
http://nGeniusServer:8080 (nGeniusServer = your server name)
You'll also need RMON probes (Netscout or NAM cards, etc).

u mean I need a hardware for my 827?and could tell me which models product of cisco support rmon?how to config rmon?if the product doesnot support rmon,it means CW2K can't monitor its traffic, yes?

Cw2k can monitor application data with the help of an RMON probe (seperate hw). What you have in most of the catalyst models are mini-RMON (alarm, threshold, statistic, history) but to be able to look a little bit further up in the OSI model, you need to buy a RMON probe. Starting at 6-7000$ for a netscout probe.
Take a look at QoS Device Manager . With that tool you are able to get a picture of what type of applications there are on a certain link. ( There are some drawbacks ex: not all routers, IOS are supported)
Hope this help.
