Hi guys, quick question, how can I find Cisco ACS serial number on my existing ACS (application)? Customer asked me because the product should be updated but I don't know where to find this information and I also don't know where I put the paperwork in the past as I installed to ACS.
Thanks in advance,
André Harasim

Hi, I am using Cisco ACS ver 5.1 on a virtual machine
And using the command "show udi" only display this
SPID: Cisco-VM-SPID
VPID: V01
Serial: Cisco-VM-SN
and show inventory :
NAME: "Cisco-VM chassis", DESCR: "Cisco-VM chassis"
PID: Cisco-VM-SPID , VID: V01 , SN: Cisco-VM-SN
It seems that the serial number are not embended.

Finally I managed to get the serial number of the VM
show tech-support | begin dmidecode
Thanks all,

In version 4.2, installed on a windows server, is there anyway to obtain the serial number in order to open a case on the software?

I found my serial number in the GUI by going to System Administration>>Configuration>>Local Server Certificates>>Local Certificates and then editing the line item in the resulting window.

IN ACS v5.6 I used SSH / CLI Command
MYACS-PACS/admin# show udi
SPID: CSACS-1121-K9
VPID: V01
Serial: REW4567
also works
/admin# show inventory
