Hi ,
how can i find out that my router has inbuilt modem so that i can dial in to make changes in my router from my remote site ?

There are no inbuilt modems in routers as far as I know. There are though cards you can buy for certain Router models (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1826/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a00800d9bbb.html)
and you could also connect a stand alone modem to the router for Remote Telnet access (com port or AUX port)
There is also the possibility of configuring a BRI interface if the router has one to enable dial-in to the network & router.

Hello Neo
You always have a AUX port on your router to which you can connect a modem and dial-in to the router to make the changes.
It would have been helpful to know that which routers are you currently having.
