I recently purchased 2000 and installed a couple of the CD's. They were installed in this order:Ciscoworks 2000, disk 1, Ciscoworks resource mgr essentials 3.4 and Campus Mgr 3.2. After rebooting, the only thing showing up under my programs is an unistall ciscoworks 2000, change integration options and Package support updater. I have not installed fault mgr 2.1 yet. If i start to do an unistall from control panel, all of the programs show up with the option of removing whichever program i want so it appears that they loaded correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Open your web browser and type in the address space the IP address or the host name of your server followed by port 1741. Example http:\\ciscoworks:1741
That will open CiscoWorks. You wont find it under my programs.

CW2K is a Web based application, therefore you'll not see any icons to launch it from the desktop. To access it you need to point your web browser to the server http:// server_name:port_number.

Thank you. Also, it puked during the load saying that my DNS server was slow or down. How will that effect my installation and how do I change it. Also, does this version require a static IP address
