Internet access monitoring

Hello,

I need to monitor internet access at my company.

I just need the internet bandwidth per port utilization, contents are not important.

This is our simple topology:

Internet----2600Router-------PIX506-------2x Catalyst 3524XL

I can only access the 2 Catalyst (IOS or CMS).

Is there any way to do this without any 3rd party software?

I'm quite new to the Net Admin world so any help would appreciated.

You can look at MRTG (http://www.mrtg.org) which is a free ware.
