For Frame Relay hub and spoke topology which interface configurations will allow inverse ARP to resolve IP addresses-
-multipoint or point-to-point subint or main int for hub router?
For spoke routers I think only point-to-point subint.

According tohttp://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1831/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a0080087d01.html#1002586 document FR inverse-arp is enabled by default on all kind of interfaces but for point-to-point subifs you don't need to enable or disable it because for each point-to-point subif there's one destination- one DLC so no further address discovery/mapping is required (probably you'll be using frame-relay interface-dlci commands.).
Regards.
