Is a customer entitled to IOS upgrades in the same feature set if they do not maintain SmartNets on the specific devices? We have heard it both ways. Anyone have a certainty on this one?
I'm afraid not as u would need a valid service maintenance contract with Cisco. With smartnet, u would be able to associate your cco with it and be able to d/l the ios maintenance release for that particular product.
