I've read on the site that begining with IOS version 12.1.3 there's a capability to emulate ISDN cloud in the router with NT1 interface. I guess the dial-up client routers would be equipped with ISDN S/T BRI interfaces. I wonder if anyone was able to achieve that...

Network emulation of ISDN is capable
with a PRI interface:

This really only makes sense for back-to-back
configurations, where you don't have/want/need
an ISDN switch. If there are dial-up clients,
then they are connected to an ISDN network, and
so the PRI would also need to be connected to the
network, which would eliminate the need for network
emulation on the part of the router.
