Issues with Hotspot 1.0

I'm using Hotspot 1.0 bulid 1. My clients are connected via wireless network. AP are connected to switch and the switch to the Hotspot.

Now I'm having few issues:

1) What is the mechanism for timing out clients which is connected to the AP?

2) One of the customer is using PDA and only the first time authentication process took place. After then each time my client can get thru the site without any authentication. Is this cause there is no proper disconnect windows for PDA session?

3) There will be frequent pop up menu on hotspot -"memory error - svchost.exe". We need to reboot the server for the hotspot to function again. Is this a bug?
