Latest IOS (Cat OS ) for Cat 4006 Switch

Hi,

What is the latest Cat OS available for 4006 Switch ?. We have a Cat 4006 with following ver and facing frequent problems (simply hangs , needs reboot to resolve the issue) and whether latest IOS will fix any bug in existing IOS if any .

There are three open trains of code for this platform, 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x

The latest code for each version, respectively, is 6.4(19), 7.6(15), and 8.4(9)GLX

Please refer to the release notes for the specific code train that you are interested in for rommon, memory and flash requirements, as well as any open caveats that you may be subject to.
