i want to configure llq on a 1760 router (for voip).

is it a prerequisite to have cef enabeld for llq ??

You can configure classes, policy-maps, etc on the router.

However, you should enable "ip cef" global command to add predefined LLQ-QoS policy under the interface.

Whenever you try to write "service-policy output " command, a warning appears about enabling CEF on the router.
