make two half duplex lines into one full duplex line

I have two half duplex point to point circuits both going into a cisco router at either side. I was wondering if it's possible to configure one link to be used to send data and the other to receive creating a virtual full duplex circuit out of the two half duplex circuits.

Should we asusme you are talking about ethernet "lines"? Are you routing across the lines? Assuming they are ethernet, and you are routing, you can create two subnets, one for each "line", and make one router prefer one circuit, and the other router prefer the other circuit. You can do this with static routes, most simply. Really, I guess that work work for other types of media too.
