Hi,
I want to upgrade a NAM (Network Analysis Module), of a catalyst 6509,
from the 1.1(1a) version to 2.1.2 version. In the 1.1(1a) version i don´t have the upgrade command, like in version 2.1.2. Who can I upgrade this NAM?

WS-X6380-NAM running 1.1(1a) due to a bug has the upgrade command missing in the Applcation Partition. Therefore, in order to upgrade the NAM, you first need to boot into the Maintenance Partition using the command: reset hdd:2
After the NAM is back online, establish a console session with the NAM and log into the root account. Then upgrade the NAM Application image. Do the reverse later. Refer the NAM docs for the detailed steps: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/lan/cat6000/cfgnotes/78_10406.htm
