Native IOS Upgradtion 6500 with Two Sup Engine

Hi Friends

I got a Cisco Catalyst 6509 Switch with two SUP-2 Engines and Two MFSC cards.We are planning to do a ios upgrade .Can somebody suggest the way to it in this redundant environment.

You mentioned you are running Native IOS. If you are running Native IOS, there is no need to upgrade your MSFCs separately. Can you paste an output of sh mod from your switch just to be sure you are not confused with hybrid and Native OS

What IOS you are running currently. Copy the new image to sup-bootflash(or external flash cards) of both supervisors. You can power cycle the switch for the new IOS to kick in. If you are using RPR redundancy, you could do a Fast Software upgrade

The document is very helpful.I want to know that For MFSC cards we need to upgrade the IOS separately or we just need to upgrade the IOS present in sup engines and that will do.The question i am asking is because the below document in case of single sup engine and single MFSC suggest to upgrade IOS Seprately.Please Suggest.
