Need basic async configuration

Looking to connect two async devices across a ip network

Site A - 2620XM using WIC-2 A/S configured s0/1 = TTY 2

Site B - 3662 using NM-8 A/S configured 4/0 = TTY 129

Each of these ports will use an ip address as it is involved in PQ based on ACL using ip ranges. I bascially need to know the configuration to connect the ports together across the ip network, I have also configured the ports as dedicated async interfaces.

In addition to configuring the tunneling, I have given my serial interfaces their respective ip address's plus configured the physical layer as async, with its ip address selected as 'ip host' in the configuration, is anything else required?
