Hi,
I installed several time RTM but it still do not work. After investigating the FAQ and this forum I find out that the folowing processes was not running.
NSnGeniusNative.exe
NSRmiregistry.exe
NSServer.exe
NSTomcat.exe
NSWatchdog.exe
What additional step can I make to get it to work?

Make sure that nGenius is installed on a different system to the rest of the CiscoWorks suite. It doesn't function properly if installed on the same machine.

Hi,
Did you installed RTM on a non-english version of Windows? This may cause problems.
Did the installation process end correctly?
Have you administrator rights?

Hi,
RTM was installed and reintalled on a true English version.
All the installations I did end with no error.
I used the local administrator account on the server to installed RTM.
