NM-16esw not recognized

I have a 3825 with c3825-advipservicesk9-mz.124-2.T1.bin on it and a NM-ESW-161 and the card/module does not seem to power on? When I boot the router i can't see any of the ports?

Any ideas?

As per the product sheet the card mentioned in your mail is supported in the 3825 router.
