I have a 2620 Router, I write Shos Run and I do not recieve any answer, I write show configuration and I recieve the Configuration.

Someone recently posted that privilege levels can cause this. You may have the required privileges to see the startup config, but not the running config.

Hi,

1) try to issue sh run while in enable mode

2) do you see running-config in sh tech output?

We reloaded the router and the Show Run began to work

When the router is running out of memory it happens. And after re-load it clears.
