No routes in routing table

We have many 6506s and 6509s in our network. We have the Sup 2 supervisor module running IOS c6sup22-pk2sv-mz.121-20.E3. On more than one ocassion, we are seeing no routes in the routing table. Our config is basic with ip addresses on GigE interfaces and static routes. We also run OSPF, but that isn't an issue at this time.

Has anyone else experienced this? I couldn't find a bug ID or any info posted on cisco.com. Doing a "sh ip route" gives only the codes.

Doing a "sh ip route x.x.x.x" displays "% subnet not in table" when the route is a directly connected interface. Nothing brings back the routes, not even a reload. Any info is appreciated.
