How are these two devices connected ? Can they ping each other ? Can you paste relevant OSPF and interface configs ?

network 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.3 area 1001
R2 config:
router ospf 200
log-adjacency-changes
network 192.168.0.0 0.0.0.3 area 0
R3 config:
router ospf 200

what does the output from 'show ip ospf neighbor' look like on each router? Are the fastethernet interfaces hard coded to 100 full or auto/auto? Could you post the interface config?
