Packet loss values - Tail drop 750

Hi, please see below the output from an IPSLA statistic command indicating to a 750 value of tail drop. Can anyone confirm that the value represents number of packets dropped and what would me a methd to correct the issue. The responder is set 3 hops away, trying to identify on which device the issue is created.
