Password recovery failure-2950

Hi All,

followed the procedure on the page below, but, when rebooting, still get prompted for a password. I'm wanting to set the switch to no secret and no password. Can it be done like this..? Little unsure as to why this won't work. Cheers.

Any step that you missed ?

if you miss step 14, you will still be prompted for a password (old password that you forgot) after reboot.
