Hello All:
I am attempting to upgrade the software on my GSR's. I get to the point where the software revision is displayed for the routers but, when I hit "next" I get an HTTP 500 error. Here is the actual log output:
[Mon Dec 16 16:24:39 2002] [error] [client 64.146.175.66] Premature end of script headers: /opt/CSCOpx/cgi-bin/swim/swd/plannerReport.pl
Illegal octal digit at /tmp/swd/planner_1040084611/iosprobe.str line 87, at end of line
[Mon Dec 16 16:24:55 2002] [error] [client 64.146.175.66] Premature end of script headers: /opt/CSCOpx/cgi-bin/swim/swd/plannerReport.pl
Any help is greatly appreciated.

What is the RME version and the GSR model?
12-16-2002 04:40 PM
GSR 12012 running 12.0.19.ST1 (going to 12.0.23S1)
RME 3.4
There appears to be some core dumps associated as well. This is Solaris 2.8, by the way, with all required/recommended patches applied.
The other interesting note is this appears to happen whether going out to CCO or pulling from the local archive.

core dumps are not good. You should contact TAC for further troubleshooting on this.
