QOS Config on 6500

Hi,

I have a PBX at each of my site trunked to form VoIP traffic.

Scenario-

PBX---6500 --(gig trunk)--6500---PBX.

The trunk carries data traffic in addition to this voice traffic. What should my qos configuration be to provide priority to voice traffic between PBXs over data.
