We have a client w/ an existing CW2K server running on Solaris and they're interested in QPM. Can QPM be installed on a separate Windows-based server and integrate w/ CW2K Solaris?

CW2K and QPM databases are separate. However, in your case, you can import the devices directly from your CW2K server into QPM to manage. See:

Mister Mushtaq, is there any restrictions about Cisco Works Voice Manager v 2.1 and CD One or Commons Services. I´ve installed CVM 2.1 and CD ONE 5th Edition and I can´t make the CVMDbEngine works over Windows 2000 and Service Pack 4. Have any idea please?

CVM 2.1 only works on CD1 4th edition. The next version of CVM 2.2 will work with CS 2.2. There's no CVM work on 5th edition, unfortunately

Dear Mingzhou Nie,
Is there a restriction to install QoS Policy Manager in windows 2000. The version of QPM is 3.1. Can it work with CS 2.2?
I need to install CS 2.2 to CVM 2.2 and QPM 3.1 can work fine?
Thanks,
Hernan.

QPM 3.1 does not work on CS 2.2. The good news is QPM 3.2 which was just released this month does work with CS 2.2.
I don't know if there's problem install both QPM and CVM on same box. Certainly try it. If it brings you problems, install them separately.
