We have offices in two location A and B. The two offices are connected using Leased Line of 2Mb. Location A gets its internet connectivity through Location B. We have our private and public ftp servers,webservers in location B. We are also using IP Phones between the two locations and also running video conferencing between the two locations. Of late we are facing problem with Video conferencing getting delayed and jitters occuring and the voice and video conferencing becomming poor and ip phones also voice getting
broken up. We wanted to implement qos on our routers. We have cisco 3640 router on both the locations. We want to give hight priorirty to the video conferencing and the next priority to the IP Phones and the next priority to the other services like ftp,www. Can some one advice me how to procced in this regard to make this work. Thanks in Advance
