Require MAC address register in 2950 swtich

Dear Sir/Madam,

How can I configure the 2950 switch to only allow the registered MAC address for connection. Is there any command that can restrict all unregistered MAC address to access the switch by default? Please advise.

What is the best solution in Enterprise network?

Port Security (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps628/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a00800d84c2.html#xtocid4) is the manual way, VMPS (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps628/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a00801cde83.html#1212223) and 801.1X (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps628/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a00801cde59.html) are somewhat more automated. But note that with VMPS you need a VMPS Server, and 2950s can only act as VMPS Clients. You can also use http://vmps.sourceforge.net/, however.
